Prerequisites and Installation
In order to configure the bolttech extended warranty app, you will first require a merchant API key and Merchant ID. These can be easily obtained by registering your company within our merchant portal. Registration is frictionless and takes only a few minutes.
Installation of the bolttech Extended Warranty is quick and easy.
How it works
Once you have installed the app and mapped your products, then we take care of the rest. Customers that purchase extended warranties are then supported by our customer service team. All claims, repairs and payouts are completed by bolttech's existing insurance capability.

- No lemon policy: after three (3) service repairs for the same defect have been completed on an individual eligible covered product, and it still requires a fourth (4th) repair, we will provide you with a replacement device of the same model or same generation.
