What is UET Tag ?

• Universal Event Tracking (UET) is an official tool of Microsoft Advertising to track the conversion performance of ads on the website.
• To be able to use this tool, users need to deploy the tracking code (UET Tag) provided by Microsoft Advertising on the website page.

How to use

• When using for the first time, you need to enter and submit your Tag ID, which is provided by Microsoft Ads.
• If you can’t find the Tag ID, you can click "How to get Tag ID?" below the input box to learn how to find it.
• The UET Tag will be installed within a few seconds after you click the "Confirm" button. The installation status of UET Tag will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
• You can click "How to make sure the UET Tag is working?" at the bottom of the page, and learn how to verify UET Tag through the official Microsoft Advertising document.
• If you need to change the Tag ID, you can re-enter the new ID at the top of the page and click "Update" to update the installed UET Tag code.
