The premium return experience

Baback helps you manage your customer's return requests from start to finish. We collect the return requests, generate the return labels with your preferred carrier and track the package to the logistics provider.

In addition to helping you, we offer a home collection service. When a customer asks to return their order, they book a 30-minute slot on the platform. An agent collects the product, wraps it, prints the return label, and takes it to the carrier. The customer simply opens the door and gives the items to be returned to the delivery person. We take care of the rest.
