Shipping Rate Key Points

We have 2 Shipping Area Settings options

• Ship By City
• Ship by zip code's or postal codes
• Ship by states

Each Shipping has 2 more options to calculate the shipping fee

• Charge by Price (Order Total)
• Charge by Weight (Order Items total weight)

We have 3 inputs to manage ranges

1. From (min value on the base of selection of price or weight)
2. Upto (max value on the base of selection of price or weight)
3. Cost

How App work for shipping rates calculation on checkout?

According to the given options of shipping rate calculation by zip code or city. First App will check customer's address is matches stored zip codes or cities. if matched then it'll check available rate is by weight or price. Then match ranges according to weight or price and show shipping price to the customer.

The value must be equal to or higher than the min limit and equal to or lower than the max limit of the range.

Requirements

To use this app your Shopify plan must include access to the Carrier Calculated Shipping API. You can add Carrier Calculated Shipping to your Shopify plan at any time. Contact Shopify support to active it. If you switch to an annual plan they will add it for free. Otherwise, they’ll charge an extra $20 per month.
